Install or Launch via ClickOnce

NOTE! From version 1.0.0.96 onward, the application is being published as an explicit x86 executable, for Team Foundation Client compatibility with x64 operating systems. Since this is a breaking change for ClickOnce, the application is now deployed to a different location and older builds will no longer be updated. If you wish to continue to get updates, you will need to uninstall your current version before installing the latest version.
